When you get in touch, it really helps us to know the following:
- Type of bag – e.g. clutch, tote, crossbody, shoulder bag
- Size – approximate dimensions or a bag you'd like it to be similar in size to
- Colour & material – colour, texture, or any specific material preferences
- Hardware – gold, silver, or antique brass? Zip, clasp, or magnetic closure?
- Pockets & compartments – any specific organisational needs?
- Occasion or purpose – everyday use, a special event, a gift?
- Inspiration – feel free to share photos or links to styles you love
- Budget – a rough guide helps us tailor our suggestions

All bespoke orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation, with the balance due before dispatch. Lead times vary depending on complexity, but we'll always keep you updated throughout the process.
